A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our packages do not include a return label. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] and include the following details in your request:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (Screenshot of order details)

  • Reason for return

  • To ensure a smooth process, please provide a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

D. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We only offer exchanges for defective, incorrect, or incorrectly sized products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected].

  • Customers will not be charged for return shipping costs in cases of defective products.

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

G. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible, depending on the processing status of the order.

Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, including the street name and house number. If an incorrect address is provided and delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses. We appreciate your understanding.
